Warehouse Management
2-day virtual workshop: reduce product loss, increase productivity, maximise control
A warehouse management course for managers and supervisors: reduce product loss, increase productivity and maximise control across your warehouse.
About this course
Well-organised warehousing improves productivity and creates a safer working environment. That depends on staff with the right skills.
This workshop covers the principles of warehouse management, the latest technology and trends, inventory and stock control, managing staff, safety and warehouse costs. Delegates receive a manual with the rules, regulations, policies, procedures and tables they need.
Small losses add up in a warehouse. Stock that cannot be found, picking errors, damage and shrinkage all eat into margin. Good layout, accurate stock records and clear procedures reduce those losses and make problems easier to spot early.
